Portrait in Bali
As much I love art... I love travelling.
On my last trip which was to Bali... oh wait... the ever so beautiful Bali ! I got a chance to meet some very lovely artists. They were a bunch of youngsters who met up at the Annie's guesthouse to draw and paint.
I joined in... i must say i was slightly apprehensive to , since i hadnt drawn or painted in a long time. it was after a lot of prodding my my Hub and my Kiddos that i agreed to.
I decided to do a portrait of this really pretty girl sitting next to me. She seemed a little embarrassed initially .
And after I was done the group really appreciated my work.
They framed and put it up on the wall in the cafeteria. What a proud feeling it was to see my painting each time i passed by !
